I manage and run DePaul's Barstool page. When I first joined the Viceroy internship program, my school's account had just around 6,000 followers on Instagram and 900 followers on twitter. After being in charge for only 2 years, I've been able to greatly increase our digital following. As of April 2021, DePaul Barstool has 14.5k followers on Instagram and 2.2k on twitter. I also pushed the program further and created a TikTok for Barstool DePaul. I built it from the ground up and now the account is sitting at 40.1k followers with over 1.3M likes. I also work to run events with local businesses as well as promote/sell merchandise for Barstool Sports.

Birds aren't real was started in 2017 and until 2018 was only run through one instagram account. In 2018 I joined the team and led the push to establish B.A.R. accounts across the country. Birds Aren't Real is a satire campaign pushing the idea that all birds are actually government surveillance drones. More about the account can be learned at Birdsarentreal.com. The idea that we built is that by creating a large social media presence promoting this joke, we can sell mass quantities of B.A.R merchandise. We sell high-quality clothing as well as stickers with a focus on clean, crisp, and sleek design. After being on the team for a few years, I've grown my Chicago chapter from nothing to 3.7k followers. Additionally, I have played a major role in growing our main account from 10k to 315k followers. I am currently still the second largest B.A.R account and play a leading role in brainstorming future marketing campaigns as well as content creation.
