• Collaborate closely with the development team to design and implement impactful updates to the MyNM mobile app, including the 2.0 upgrade.
• Lead development of key features, such as dedicated screens for Favorites (doctors, locations, clinical trials), a streamlined insurance filter, and improved accessibility across the app.
• Completed 400+ work items (as of January 2024), including development tasks, bug fixes, and research initiatives, ensuring consistent delivery of high-quality features.
• Conduct presentations to audiences ranging from the iOS team to 300+ NM employees, demonstrating project features and research findings effectively.
• Lead a team of summer interns to develop NMIS Wiki, a central resource providing Northwestern Medicine Information Systems (NMIS) employees with project, team, and meeting information.
